Episode 9 - Get Well Soon - Schools and the Broken Social Contract

You may have noticed that we haven’t put an episode out for a short while. Effectively we’ve been on an unenforced hiatus. Don’t worry, there are plenty more episodes ready to release, but I will be putting those off until August and our anticipated return to school.

So why the hiatus? Well, apart from it being the Summer, and we are still in the middle of a pandemic, and with all the uncertainty of if, when, and how, schools and colleges will reopen in the fall, which entails even more planning for multiple models of course delivery, which takes up even more time than normal. Plus the professional development and scholarship that teachers and teacher educators have to do during the summer, we’ve also had a family emergency.
